Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing K.K.Dental Care and Implant Center for your dental care needs. We value your time and strive to provide the highest quality dental services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Patients are requested to inform the clinic at least 5 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments cancelled with at least 5 hours' notice may be rescheduled without any additional charge.

• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any advance booking amount paid.

• Repeated missed appointments without prior notice may affect future appointment scheduling.

2. Refund Policy for Consultation Fees

• Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

• If a consultation appointment is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period and payment has already been made, the amount may be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway or processing charges, if any.

3. Refund Policy for Dental Treatments

• Payments made for completed dental procedures and treatments are non-refundable.

• Refund requests for treatment packages or procedures that have not yet commenced will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• If a treatment plan is discontinued by the patient after partial completion, charges for services already rendered, materials used, laboratory expenses incurred, and administrative costs will be deducted before any eligible refund is processed.

4. Advance Payments

• Any advance payment made for future treatment appointments may be adjusted against future treatment costs.

• Refunds of advance payments, if approved, will be processed after deducting applicable administrative, laboratory, or third-party charges already incurred by the clinic.

5. Treatment Outcomes
Dentistry involves biological and individual variations. While every effort is made to provide the best possible care, treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with the expected result alone does not qualify for a refund.
6. Emergency Situations
In the event that the clinic must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, patients will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund of any advance payment related to that appointment.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
